Kasper Mechanical was founded in 2018 by CEO, Steven Kasper, with a clear vision: to build an HVAC company where employees enjoy coming to work and customers receive honest, dependable service. After working for several HVAC companies across the region, Steven used his extensive experience in sales, installation, and customer care to create a company built on integrity, high-quality service, and genuine respect for both employees and customers.
In 2021, Bradley Edmonds joined as co-owner and partner, stepping into the role of CFO. With over twenty years of hands-on technical expertise, Brad brings unmatched trade knowledge and a strong operational foundation to the company. Together, Steven and Brad combine leadership, industry insight, and a shared commitment to delivering the highest quality HVAC service in the area.
Both Steven and Brad were born and raised right here in the local community. Their deep roots and local pride drive everything Kasper Mechanical stands for.
