What’s Included in Every Heating & Cooling Inspection

Every Customer Care Club visit includes a thorough system evaluation performed by a licensed HVAC professional.

All General System Inspections include the following:

• Clean or change customer-supplied filters

• Check proper temperature difference

• Complete electrical and safety checks

• Verify all electrical connections are secure

• Test system operation and full cycle

• Evaluate indoor and outdoor coils

• Inspect equipment for mildew or bacterial buildup

All Heating System Inspections include the following:

• Inspect heat exchanger

• Inspect heating ignition and operations

• Inspect electrical heat kit

• Check for gas leaks

• Verify gas pressure

• Perform carbon monoxide check

• Clean drain on 90% furnaces

All Air Conditioning System Inspections include the following:

• Verify refrigerant levels

• Check and clear drains and condensate lines

• Inspect all drain safety systems

• Verify proper amps and voltages

• Test main fuses

• Inspect evaporator and condenser coil integrity

• Ensure system meets efficiency standards
